Oscar stuttered and rabbled because those in the know, understood Oscar decided to drty up and downright sabotage potential Floyd opponent with this salka fiasco, just over bitterness because of Haymon.......

Didn't canelo just fight Lara, it seems the only ones fight rod salka are Haymon fighters like danny, who's fighting rod salka

You gotta be an idiot to expect Hoya to fix the damage Haymon had done to boxing. Fighters want big money for fighting bums and as a result meaningful matches are getting more and more expensive to make.

That's a good thing. Oscar seems to get no flack for this, all the attacks seem aimed towards Haymon only. Why doesn't Oscar, the president and CEO of Golden Boy fix this?

There's no way you can fix something that is almost impossible to fix. Fighters are all signing up with this clown Haymon thinking that they'll get huge money for fighting easy fights. Of course, when they're asked to fight competitive fights they want astronomical amounts that networks cannot afford. Otherwise, they'd be out of business. Bear in mind that such fights don't guarantee profits.

So brace yourselves with more Ron Salsa types of fights. They're cheaper to make.

Why is it that al haymon gets killed when his fighters make great money for mismatches but managers whose fighters are on HBO don't get criticized for their fighters making nothing for mismatches? well that's for another thread.

Staying on topic-good for the reporter. ODH is getting to much of a pass for this kind of stuff. He is doing the same thing Bob is-protecting his top talent until he either increases his stable or the young up and coming fighters develop.

Superior manoeuvring and leverage, like in most other industry's. The bargaining chips (the fighters' trust, contractual agreements, relationships with the networks and managers etc) are all with Haymon. He - with help from Schaefer - took them while Oscar was away.

Unless GB have some staff with them currently who have built up some very secure relationships with the influential people, I dont see how Golden Boy will prosper or even survive. It all depends on the inner-workings that we fans have minimal knowledge of, but atm Haymon definitely has the upper hand by far it seems.
