Only in theory. the first fight was an absolute stinkfest of a horrible 36 minutes of fighting.



He didn't really have a particularly hard night against Haye, he just had to be very disciplined, which he was to perfection.

I don't know. I'd rather see Haye just going after the WBC belt or just fight someone as opposed to start talking about Wlad. I could mention 5 guys who are more deserving of a fight and who would probably also provide a more interesting fight against Wlad, than Haye at the moment.

Haye vs. Wilder or Stiverne would be epic because of their styles.

It's a safe bet that Haye will pull out of his next scheduled fight, unless it's against an old or soft opponent.

Personally I would love to see a Haye Wlad rematch,Wlad always does better in rematches,Wlad wins by ko the next time.it isn't the best fight out their,plenty of intriguing match ups with the likes of Stiverne,Jennings,Wilder and Glazkov after Pulev.be nice to see Wlad face an undefeated Fury too,if he can avoid KO until they face.

Haye when not citing injury is light years ahead of Fury and Chisora.it's a shame the Chisora Wlad fight didn't happen whilst Chisora was still undefeated,stopping him by KO would have looked more impressive before he was previously stopped.

I can understand the frustration with fans over Haye. He has some serious potential, and when he's on, he's hard to beat. I do think though, fans should just get past the Wlad fight. It happened, it stunk up the jurnt, and it's ancient history. Just give it a rest.

Now, he's coming off an extremely tough injury to get past. If one of the main things you use in a fight is not working properly, you simply cannot fight. Call him a coward all you want, but if my torn rotator cuff is any indication, a bad shoulder is flat out doom.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing him in the ring again. If he's even 90%, he beats most HWs out there, and is (except for the Wlad fight) in consistently good action fights.

Well, I'll watch from afar. Can't bring myself to get excited about his fights until he is standing in the ring.

I can't go on ranking this abstract idea of Haye as a top fighter anymore. Had he been active the past couple of years, I think we would be looking at him much differently. Looking at how gassed he was at the end of Chisora is enough to convince me of that. the life of any HW is evidence of that.

Klitschko would probably injure Haye's shoulder from all the wrestling and leaning on his behalf and David would have to retire due to the shoulder. TKO for KLitschko.

Wait, that would be the perfect plan for Klitschko. He gets to go through his favourite routine of wrestling/holding/leaning and he can "stop" Haye before 12 rounds.

I've always thought David Haye was a good fighter - the guy has fast hands, good power and solid defense. His destruction of John Ruiz, I thought, was an awesome performance.

Having said that, his out of the ring antics and his inactivity have always turned me off. He'll get a fight scheduled, talk a lot of trash only to pull out of the fight due to "injury." I think he's a conniving and pathological liar. You really can't take anything he says to heart, because chances are, he'll do just the opposite of what he says.

If he does comeback, I'm hoping he fights someone of note, then gets beat so that we don't have to go through his circus show again
