    Gennady Golovkin-Matthew Macklin: 1.1 million
    HBO, June 29

Even Crawford vs a nobody got more ratings.

GGG flopped in gate numbers and viewership.

Haha, that's surprising. Only redeeming factor for HBO is they didn't spend that much on the card, but surprisingly low

I believe he Needs to fight Cotto, I know it is an easy fight but Casual fans know who cotto is and if this guy GGG demolishes him in front of all his fans, it gauges the interest of those casual fans, Its like the next day when they go to work and in to the office, Did you see the Cotto fight, Next co-worker says you mean the Golovkin fight, Cotto is not worth talking about, how about GGG, he is a straight up beast. Though casual fans are dumb and don't know $h1t about boxing, They are part of the Large demographic that buys PPV's. GGG can easily beat the PPV stars not named Mayweather. I noticed GGG Having trouble with speed and boxing skills so that is why I pick Mayweather against him but you and I both know that that fight is not happening and I know GGG vs Mayweather is a fight you would badly want to see because I know you don't like Mayweather.

          Check this formula out.

GGG vs Cotto at MSG. GGG demolishes Cotto in front of his fans at MSG and around the world people witness it on ppv

GGG Vs Canelo: An exposed Irish Mexican that GGG paints his face the same color as his hair, Also on PPV. The world was watching and They really want to see more GGG

GGG vs Chavez Jr. GGG at this point is now a bigger draw than Chavez and because of Chavez's name it sells, even though Chavez is crap. GGG gets the win and it is also on PPV

With this Formula, GGG Has made it to the Big-time. Boxing needs a star and GGG may be the answer to that puzzle when Mayweather an Pacquiao are retired. Ward will be the best and GGG will be the draw. But Ward beats GGG any day of the week. Point Blank, Plain and Simple.

GGG has an easy path to becoming a major success in boxing and he doesn't have to build his career off fighting Leftovers. The main champs are scared of him. That is how much he is known in the boxing community. If you are scaring the big dogs in the division you are in, you have pretty much Almost made it. You make it till you fight those scared ones.

If Cotto Fights Canelo, I fear GGG will never get the opportunity to become that star.

Still disappointing though. Ratings are about 15-30% lower this time of year so less than a million is still shocking

When was the last time HBO did under 1 million views. I wouldn't have expected it to be GGG.

Ruslan/Algieri did over and so did Gamboa/Crawford.

He's done much better ratings with irrelevant fighters. This is a big disappointment, I wonder what the difference was this time.

You Golovtards need to stop making excuses for Triple Duck's drop off in ratings. Apparently the boxing public isn't interested in the side-show anymore.

Great, more ammo for fans of their fighter to not fight GGG.

Also means Team GGG can drop the "makes no financial sense" BS about a Ward fight.
