I really like R. Garcia's style of training. The guy has a loaded camp of fighters that keep progressing and proving they are elite like Bam bam Rios. It's no mystery why he is the best.
Maidana has had leaps and bounds of success since being paired with Robert and it's all due to Broberts amazing impact on Maidana's style.

You shouldn't even mention Nacho on your list. That guy is a bum of a trainer.

I voted Roach, and I think Roach is "today's guy", and I think the Wildcard Gym will remain and international force even after Roach retires (on way or the other). With that being said, I think Garcia is the 'next guy', and even if the Wildcard Gym stays strong internationally, I think Garcia will be "the guy" in the Southern half of the US. Javan "Sugar" Hill (Emanuel Steward's nephew) and the Kronk probably deserve a shout out as well.
