boxrec has cotto vs chavez jr. Why cant GGG fight andre ward? Oh thats right it makes no financial sense. Well, GGG wants to fight cotto cuz that makes financial sense, but to cotto it doesnt cuz ggg could barely get 9,000 fans in seats at msg, and that was with a pretty good undercard, especially the jennings- perez clash. GGG, if you want to be considered the best, go gain 8 measly pounds, and fight ward. oh the hypocracy.

Your reply had nothing to do with my comment. You offered nothing of value.

Can't argue with your view. Team GGG says fighting Ward makes no economic sense. Yet GGG is no superstar at this point in his career and they argue that a fight with Cotto makes economic sense. To THEM it does, but not for Cotto who has much more lucrative options. I'm not upset with GGG for wanting to get paid, I'm upset with the boxing fans that will label this a duck when Cotto takes a more lucrative fight.

Ok, your opinion is understandable...now, be honest, do you consider Cotto fighting Bradley at a catchweight for the middleweight title as a more lucrative option?
