Thing I font get is what else is out there? Do ppl really wanna see him unify against the rest of these scrappy ass mws? Or is it just ok for him to move up n fight Chavez Jr? Or maybe Froch? Yes already the best mw. Yes not gonna fight Cotto, and Quillin is never gonna happen. Then who? Yes not getting any big paudaus against any fighters at 160 any time soon. There are very few fights that further his career at this point. And Ward is one of them. It's funny hearing the defenders. Everyone will talk about him fighting a mayweather or Cotto or Canelo. None of those guys are gonna fight him. So let's be done with the wishful thinking and talk about the best fight possible for him. I mean to me it's that simple.

Chavez Jr fight almost happened so that's possible. So is Froch. Both are bigger fights than Ward. Then there's the outside chance of Cotto/Canelo which you think isn't going to happen. OK....

By the same token, the Golovkin fight "isn't going to happen" for Ward. Let's be done with wishful thinking. So why doesn't he move up and face Kovalev/Stevenson?

Or the numerous other times he and his promoter have mentioned Golovkin as a future opponent. Chavez is the bigger fight obviously so I don't blame Froch for going after that.

Your smoking gun was one tongue-in-cheek comment Froch made where he audibly laughed immediately after saying it. This is Carl Froch, he isn't afraid of some middleweight whose never fought anybody.

Andre Ward is irrelevant right now so you have to keep attacking the money man in the division because you're jealous of his success, his swag and his missus. Pauper Andre's girl looks like a ****-eyed bulldog licking piss off a thistle. He needs to get that money up and get an upgrade.
