Like most Cubanos Rigo chooses not to step in and throw power by design.
However if he changed his mind he would have enough power to do more damage than most think. He has punch technique on his side and that alone is a big difference when comparing other fighters base skills.
Mayweather also has technique but not like Rigo's, I doubt either will chance, Mayweather takes no chances anymore. He's bailing when he's throwing and Rigo fought in the amateurs so long his mind set refuses to change.

To me Mayweather is boring and his fights are meaningless other than his undefeated record there's no drama or excitement there.
Rigo is a master technician so there is intrigue there for me to view.

Yes I think that. Reason being he's had the same style his whole Career he didn't become this big until his money persona you can't honestly sit there and tell me casuals watch his fights for the pure boxing display it's to see if he'll lose or keep going on his undefeated streak. That's what it's built on the build up to fights show you that. Everybody watched Tyson to see him knock someone out they watched de la Hoya because he had a fan friendly style and always fought the big names they watch pacquiao because he has a fan friendly style they watch Floyd to see him lose only hard core fans really admire what he does in the ring

He's only had three professional fights. He might turn out to have a great pro career as he looks very promising, but how you could possibly rank him that highly?

I voted Rigo because sometimes I can find myself enjoying a Floyd Mayweather fight because of all the build hype and IF the opponent can bring it hard for 12rds it can be a fairly competitive fight.

Mayweather isn't exactly the most entertaining but he brings something to the table unlike Rigo.

Both you mentioned are boring as well but Floyd takes the cake for the most boring of them all.

We just need to wait and eventually you'll see he's a force to reckon with in his division.
