daniel geale is an absolute gentleman and champion of the hearts of australians everywhere. he deserves respect for getting in there and fighting a monster like golovkin.
hopefully he is not ruined because he truly is a great fighter. best wishes to him and his family.
i only hope guys like quillin can step up and face a legit threat like golovkin. it's time to surrender your belts to the TRUE champion of the world, gennady gennadyevich golovkin.Comment

Much respect to both men, they've shown extremely rare levels of good sportsmanship to each other post fight. Good to see it still exists in boxing, Geale could barely stay on his feet going into the locker room a good 4 to 5 minutes after being dropped. On the subject of Ward, it might as well not even be a subject until he can legally fight which won't happen until his case comes to an end which only lord knows when that will be.Comment

Nope Ward is still out there whinning about fighters either not moving up to meet him, or bigger guys melting down to 168 to fight him. I wish Gennady would jump up to 168 and blast his ass out and then he could really have a reason to whine.Comment

I doubt it. He's not overly muscular, doesn't have back acne or any of the signs of steroid use. He's has great technique and is a better boxer than he gets credit for.Comment

u can get strong without steroids. ggg doesnt look like hes on roids. he has just got a ridiculously strong core from doing strongman training, which i guess a lot of the guys - even at the top level - don't do. Geale definately doesn't look like he is particularly strong.Comment

Anyone that even brings up PEDs......
.....and Golovkin in the same sentence like that poosy Fraud would do can sit in the garage with the door closed and run the car with a hose on the tail pipe. A fine, potentially unbeatable warrior. Hard work and God given talent pays off.Comment
