Forget about this fight, Chaves is not travelling to the US, he just said it to an argentine TV show that the Visa issue wasn't solved yet, Rios is fighting the other guy...i blame Top rank, they should have move their asses earlier...

Top Rank is not to blame for Chaves's visa issue. There was a back log of 400k visa applications still pending...too bad this fight didn't happen, would have loved to see Rios slug it out after so long <_<
