I love watching Floyd work, that being said, whenever I watch him I realize that I hit the bag way more, and harder than he does, even when focusing on speed and combination transitions. Of course im sure he turns it up at times when training but whenever someone posts on of these semi crappy 60 sec shots of him doing work for the media, it looks so rehearsed and unimpressive. I do similar punches with my 2 to the center and lower parts of a heavy bag depending on what I am trying to simulate, but I still bring them with more steam and and it snaps more, maybe he is trying to conserve energy, but I am just more active and intense, and I know Floyd at 100% is faster and stronger than I am without question, I want to see that intensity when I see him work bags, since in the ring you have an opponent that won't let you tee off at will.

It is not about how hard you hit the bag..he is training for accuracy here and that is how he fights..he is a switch hitter and hits hard when you do not expect it..he gets you use to the soft blows and mixes in the hard ones..that also is what helps out his stamina

Yea I get what you are saying about mixing hard and soft punches up, it throws your opponent off and with his speed and timing he can mess you up badly.

That is why it is hard to time Floyds punches..he mixes in the fast balls....These littel things seperate average boxers from the Elite and ATG'S

Yes, just like there was testing for the last fight too.

Same choreographed routine for the cameras.

Probably looks entirely different when the cameras are off. Same for his mitt work with Roger.
