Conte may have tried in the past, but Golden Boy wasn't using them. They'd only use VADA. Since Schaefer is no longer running GB though, maybe that'll change a bit.

USADA just took p4p no1 most corrupt organisation in boxing from the WBC.

Rumors are that the WBC is training hard for the rematch by making JCC Jr mandatory for all their belts.

USADA very likely has nothing to do with this mishap (if the story is true). If USADA was paid to do the job, all paperwork necessary was filed and returned to them in a timely manner, they will carry out the random drug testing.

But if USADA was never contacted, never paid, no paperwork was returned in a timely manner, etc, then USADA will NOT carry out the service. So I doubt USADA is the ones to blame here. It is someone else that's at fault if no one has indeed been tested.

Every boxer should be concern about random testing when they are fighting someone else, why would they write it in the contract but then no one is actually getting tested? Someone need to clarify this or ask questions.

Because someone either completely dropped the ball on making sure the testing happens, or it wasn't really in the contract. Or maybe the contract was written in a slick way (kind of like how Tim Bradley's contract was written in a slick way for his fight with Marquez).
