Canelo's power at 154 is mediocre and overrated. It will be even more laughable at 160. Ggg will eat canelo's "big shots" and laugh.

Canelo's medicore stamina will also be his downfall. No way canelo lasts more than 7 rounds.

Yet as I watch Canelo, his power proves to be better than most give him credit for. When you have a fighter in Lara who has never been known to be that negative, that says a lot about how good of a puncher Canelo is.

Also, how exactly will his power be more laughable at '60 when he'll be more comfortable at the weight, that doesn't even make sense. The same goes for his stamina.

Of course not, granted he lands the punch cleanly but that can be said about any boxer, hit them with a clean shot and I mean a real clean starts the trembling from the jaw and then shakes up the brain and yeah they'll fall. To the people saying Canelo's power is laughable...I got about a dozen gifs of lara disagreeing with you about that, hell he dropped Trout with a jab..a motherloving jab...I would love to see a Canelo fight with GGG I think they'd both show each other a lot of respect. Gennady would jump all over cotto, how Cotto handles not being the aggressor is up for debate. I really want GGG to take Kid Garbage's belt tho...

google it, they sparred before Canelo fought Hatton for that farce belt, its documented round by round, they only went 5 or 6 rounds but the writer was impressed by both, Canelo was like 19 years old tho, but he gave a good account of himself - GGG was just bigger and stronger, but the kid held his own no doubt.. False. On top of Canelo being 21 at the time, when asked about his toughest sparring partner, Golovkin said it was Canelo. That was a fairly inexperienced Canelo training for the Rhodes fight, his first ever top 10 JMW, and top 10 fighter overall that he faced. Rhodes was #4 in The Ring JMW rankings. Canelo is now 24 and with the eye test you can tell he is the more well-rounded fighter.
