and how do the odds work? 30/1? 20/17? how do these numbers work?

and with the fractional odds

2/1 means if you bet 10 dollars and win you get 20 dollars plus your 10 dollars back

if its 1/4 if you bet 10 dollars and win you get 2 dollars and 50 cents back plus your 10 dollars
