From a Business Standpoint...I would trying to get rid of him (OSCAR) as well. That is bad for business that during the build up of a mega fight like Canelo vs Mayweather, your business partner checks himself into rehab? That is not good for business! Buy him out and try to bring in a more RELIABLE PARTNER! I think any good businessman would try to do the same. This seems to be all about BUSINESS and goes beyond just the Politics In Boxing!

Some of the Flowmos are going on about getting rid of Oscar and siding with Richard, hey nothing wrong with getting rid of Oscar but its how you go about it, Richard is going to get in trouble because he devised a tactic to manipulate and basically get someone to sign the company over for a sell while under stress times where he can't think straight. This never goes over well in court, that is unethical to trick someone into signing contract to sell a company while they are not of the right state of mind, and Richard also hurt the company by not securing long term contracts and not fulfilling his fiduciary duties, he had his own intentions in mind with Haymon.

Richard is flat out snake. He wanted Oscar to sell so Richard could basically take over along with the same investors but this time Richard would be the real boss and have a high percentage in the company, and he would take away Oscars rights to use the golden boy name, similar to how WWE does things, Richard wanted boxing to be about a Brand like UFC or WWE and this is why he said before he got fired that he would never do business with Arum and wasn't willing to.

If he wanted Oscar to step down he should have went about it in an honest and respectful way, not a sly sneaky way that he did. Its all about how you approach things.

You do realize the CEO is the main man in charge and their duty is to make a company grow and make money. When Oscar hired Richard he basically puts full trust in him. Richard had a plan to make Golden boy lose money to buy it for cheaper with investors, he did some snake **** to Oscar.

Oscar was able to realize now that he was being taken for and is now doing something about it.

Main Events said the same thing in their lawsuit about Richard and Haymon doing some sneak unethical tactics.
