            Why in the hell do you need to shoulder roll?? just throw an accurate well timed punch and more then likely it it it...even if you do have to use it it is great because it sets up a well timed counter punch

                a trained boxer would not be off balance man..boxing trains you to always be in position to punch and evade punches..

                  But ask yourself, when a fight breaks out what is the first thing both fighters do? PUT THEIR GUARD UP RIGHT When you engage in a fight the natural reaction is the use your FIST. Yes when someone see they can't beat you with their fist and if you are too quick for them then YES they will try other things like taking you down. But the good thing about Street Fights, their are no ring or cage so you can be as elusive as you want until the guy you are fighting gets tired and usually the guys who just want to grab are the first ones to get tired.
