Naming 3 fighters with a better resume doesn't mean Garcia isn't ATG at 140 lbs.

We are talking about a guy with a bette resume at 140 than the likes of Mayweather and Whitaker

Two wrongs don't make a right. If Pryor is overrated and not an all time great then don't lower the bar and call Garcia an all time great. Garcia has a great win over Matthysse but he might have lost that fight if he didn't land the punch that injured Matt's eye. He should have rematched Matthysse if he was a great champ and I would pick Matthysse to win a rematch. Instead he cherry picked Herrera and it backfired and he lost but got the official win. Now he has cherry picked such a poor opponent to defend his title against that it won't even be recognized as a title fight. I voted no, he is not an all time great and never will be. If he beat Herrera and Matthysse in good style I might change my mind but he will never fight them again. In the long haul I think Matthysse might go down in history as a better fighter than Pryor or Garcia. Matthysse can really fight and he fights much better opponents than Garcia overall.

It's one wrong because I never said he isn't an ATG, but he is clearly overrated. Also, Danny has a better resume than Pryor therefore i'm not lowering the bar.
