its ridiculous when it comes down to it gamache is suing for being punched in the face in a sport where thats the pain purpose wether or not he felt gatti weighed to much for the fight he could of pulled out it was his fault he stepped in the ring

iv heard dat gatti aprently didnt weigh in properly, and dat gamaches teams complaints went unheard at da weigh in, if dats tru den gattis on da rong, as he made a ilegal weigh in!

if he was at da right weight n den put on weight after den to be honest u cnt fault him! nature of da sport!

I'll be quite honest with you.....

That was ridiculous, Gatti had no business weighing twenty five pounds more than Gamache.

Honestly, the weight-guessing bothers me. Every time I hear about this, the number keeps gettin' higher. First I hear fifteen, then it's twenty and now it's twenty-five. We may as well say Gatti came into the ring as a light-heavyweight.

If my memory is correct, didn't Gamache go down 3 times in this fight? This seemed like one of those fights that should have been stopped before the final knockout.

Gamche already got a multi-million dollar lawsuit in his favor from the NYAC over this fight.

he's just going after more cash, he's set for life with the other lawsuit he won.

if he knew that Gatti was weighing more than he should've been weighing before the fight, he should've said something then. him and his team should've made a stink about it and then demanded more cash or refuse to fight. but he went ahead with it without saying something, got hurt and is now bitching about it..........it was his choice, no one put a gun to his head and said fight.....

the fight should've never happend with that much of a weight difference, but it could've been handled differently. sad thing is no matter the weight difference Gamche would've been KTFO like that anyways.

I watched the fight and I remember Joey getting the holy **** beat out of him. If all these false weigh in reports are true. Joey should be going after the states athletic commission. With that being said I dont think the lawsuits legit as it stands right now.

While, I think the first lawsuit he filed over Gatti was enough and already over and done with, you can't ignore what happened. That was brutal and really unfair. I get a chill watching that fight just from the size difference. Someone mentioned Gatti may as well be called a heavyweight coming into that fight, well to be honest, it looked like a lightweight vs a welterweight or something. Gamache looked so damn small and every punch Gatti through had so much weight on it and power, that it got through whatever defense Gamache attempted. That's not boxing ladies and gentlemen, that's cheating. When someone can break through your defense with ease because he weights a cow more than you, it's just not right.

he already sued the new york athletic commission....and won a mutil-million dollar lawsuit.

also because of this fight Gatti uses his own digital scale and never does an unofficial weigh in for HBO or anyone for that matter.
