This would actually be a good match up for Cotto. I'm still not sold at the idea of Cotto at 160, but this would be a solid test after fighting Sergio. I don't know if Geale has the pop to badly hurt Cotto... I'll bump this thread after Saturday and see how Geale does against GGG before making a prediction.

Cotto is not going to beat anybody real at 160. Some people don't understand the size difference between Cotto and real middleweights.

Cotto is not a big puncher at 160, KOing a 1 legged Martinez means nothing.

Geale would wear Cotto out and stop him. Too tough with skill and endurance for Cotto.

Cotto outclasses geale but loses to Golovkin in a war. Cut to the chase, I know the agenda behind this thread.

                Are you serious?

I'm asking how a top 5 MW (who is fighting Golovkin obviously) would fare against the lineal champ. Since a lot of people seen to be calling Geale a bum for some reason

I hope so, it looked like a indirect bait thread that would pitch Cotto fans and Golovkin fans against each other. Sorry if i'm wrong.

Geale is all wrong for Cotto. Obviously people are talking smack about him just to discredit GGG. That's the way boxing works and why it's a bum sport compared to the major sports out there. Boxing fans aren't a fan of boxing, but of their precious favorites.
