I think it's not about how much Maidana can earn on this fight. What Maidana should think is how much will he earn after he wins big in this fight.

This is a window of opportunity to take it all. If he wears he's punchers gloves he's chances of winning becomes possible and open the gates for bigger purses in the future.

Did Algeri still find a way to win even though he fought in a small ring against a big puncher?
