Floyd gets held to a higher double standard because he is the face of boxing..
He is held to the oscar, Leonard, Ali, standard and not the elite level standard like jmm, wlad, manny, rigo

He is considered the best boxer and biggest draw, face of boxing, only 3 or 4 guys in the past 50 years can say that: Ali, Leonard, Tyson, oscar.. Floyd doesn't really compare to those guys very favorably except for Tyson in terms of big threatening fights..
But Floyd sure as hell as a much better resume and list of opponents than any other boxer with the exception of manny and Hopkins
Floyd's resume blows away donaire's, Marquez, Bradley, wlad, etc..

To think otherwise is just blind fanboy hate

I won't defend Floyd on his antics.. He has showed repeatedly that he must always have some sort if advantage when it comes to matchmaking..but so has every other big star in the history if boxing.. Floyd did not invent this

I dont judge fighters by their personality,how they are outside the ring, but how they prepare for fights and how they perform inside the ring.

We all have our own opinions but one thing you cant take from him is his accomplishments

I never knew a coward could possibly.........

1) Defeat more top ten contenders and champions than any active fighter in the sport....20 current past, current or future champions/titlists

2) 24-0 in title fights.....20-0 in lineal title fights(ALMOST HALF HIS FIGHTS ARE LINEAL TITLE FIGHTS)

3)Defeated 12 current or former world titlists in a row....Pacquaio, Jones Jr., Hopkins, Marquez have not come close to this

4) 4 lineal titles out of 5 weight classes he competed in

Thanks..at the end of the day, there is personal opinions then there are facts...love him or hate him mayweather is the best of this era and has the deepest ledger of wins, and one the best ever

Watch him fight, look at the stat sheet...no matter how you slice it facts are facts
