Who cares if something was OK in the past. Floyd is a coward who is trying to prevent a boxer from using approved gloves to gain an unfair advantage by diminishing Maidana's punching power...

When you have a snake like Al Haymon representing both fighters but only caring about the interests of Floyd...it really displays the ugly side of boxing... Maidana needs the money more than Floyd..we know Floyd wasn't bluffing about calling off the fight... this is the same coward who wouldn't fight a 5'6'' "midget" who is not even a natural WW for more than $100 million...so Floyd gets no benefit of the doubt...Maidana will be diminished in power with foamed gloves...the fight isn't worth watching because the first fight proved that Maidana won by landing 220 punches (from a slugger) against 230 punches from a slick-defensive boxer..and there were still two ridiculous score cards...Maidana needs a knock out to win..and his only chance is with an actual puncher's glove

What's a puncher's glove? A glove with less padding? There should not any such thing. All gloves should have the same amount of padding etc

Bla bla bla... These guys are just hyping up an otherwise not very exciting rematch. I'm definitely not a mayweather fan but the first fight was a clear win for floyd. Maidana didn't really do much that impressed me. He just tried to rough up floyd the whole time while floyd clearly outboxed him. Maidana doesn't deserve a rematch in my book and I don't know what he's going to do different in the rematch. I guess team maidana's only chance is to try to get in floyd's head and get floyd to go toe to toe, but we all know floyd's to smart for that.

Don't know which fight you were watching.

The first fight was pretty exciting to say the least 'cause it had the fans on the edge of their seats wondering if that was finally going to be Floyd's first loss. And that was WITH calls for a boycott.

Many will be expecting Floyd to lose the second fight. At least the die-hard Maidana fans believe it. 'Cause even the Floyd haters know Floyd's defense is superior to any in the sport and has always found a way to pull off the wins, grab the belts, and claim the titles.

The 2nd fight will be watched by just as many if not more.
