I mean their fight wasn't even close, Devon beat the brake off of him. King Amir Khan would take Devon apart.
If Maidana is a B plus figher, then Devon Alexander must be in the upper echelons.e

If breidis prescott is a D+ level fighter and he iced khan in 15 seconds then khan must be a F level fighter.

the argentine was enduring a difficult period when he crossed path with the devon great alexander.
devon proved he is not the upper echelon when he struggled with kotelnik and also lost to the bradley and porter. if he was truly elite he would beat those two top fighters he lost to.
how did you score the the devon fight with kotelnik?Comment

pretty much this. actually if you follow the khantard logic (the one that says that since amir beat maidana he should be fighting floyd) breidis should be fighting floyd because he iced khan in less than a minute in the first round.Comment

1. styles make fight.
2. maidana started working with garcia AFTER the alexander fight, improving tremendously.
3. alexander is underrated. he was overrated before he lost to bradley but after he did lose people turned too far in the opposite direction and now he doesnt get enough credit.Comment

"Cept Khan has proven himself by beating fighters over and above the level of Prescott. Maidana on the other hand beat three D level fighters (yes, Broner is a D level fighter at 147) after the Alexander fight and wasn't that impressive in most of those fights.Comment

I'd like to see an Alexander/Maidana rematch to see if this is true. Maidana didn't win any rounds in the first fight. Who do you think would win if they fought again?Comment
