Should a third party be brought in in cases where a medical reason is brought in...

Some people dont know this but you can use banned substances (not illegal) during preparation, fight etc if the sanctioning body if its medical issue that a doctor recommends and suggest and as its a medical issue it falls under the doctor patient confidentially and can not be disclosed at all.

But since people health and safety are on the line I think a 3rd party (one that does not raise conflict of interest question) be allowed to look at these cases and make the judgement call not the sanctioning bodies who benefit from the fights happening.

I believe mayweather who is the advocate for safety first with fighters should implement this asap.

Just my opinion as a true boxing fan, what do ya'll think.

That third party would be the state commission and they have the****utic use exemptions if it's really a medical need.
