The guy evolved and listened to the fans, when he just started he did some garbage under cards, then he evolved and started stacking. He brought back 3-4 bout cards, a lot of boxing cards were beginning to be 1 fight, 2 at the most.

People said that once Oscar got rid of him the cold war would end but I don't see anything like that happening, I see crappier cards by both promoters.
