Im 100% sure he meant weight wise. GGG wants to test himself against the best fighters at 160 before even thinking about moving up, with that said I still think Ward beats him but his english is poor and people are overthinking it.

For Ward, it's a tough position to be in, not unlike Roy Jones after he beat Toney. You've paid your dues but the big money fights are a division below you. Ultimately, Jones moved up. Ward will probably hold out for GGG but he will have to go to 175 too. In the meantime, he and his team are not doing themselves any favors.
Ward needs to accept his status as a fighter who doesn't have the drawing power of GGG and Froch.

If Ward wants the GGG payday he should get his ass down to 160 and take his beating like a man.

i wasnt talking about GGG but instead i was responding to the quote from u saying once they get some fame they start to be selective. its like that everywhere u go.

I dont remember ANYONE saying Stevenson would KO GGG.

They need to cancel this Geale fight and fight Ward right now, why not? This fight shouldnt even be happening.
What si wrong with fighting Geale? Former world champ. Held the WBA and IBF belts at the same time and made 5 successful defenses. What in the world is shabby about that?

Geale is actually a step up for him, and a fairly large one.

For all of GGG's hype he need to fight someone like Ward. I think its a 60/40 fight in favor of Ward which is NOT BAD considering Ward's skills. What do you think will happen when Geal tastes GGG's power, despite how "impressed" you are with his recent accomplishments.

Golovkin fans in denial, face it, he's shook. He doesn't want any of SOG, P4P #1. He knows he will get beaten, he's been ducking Ward for quite a while.

Geale has been a top level fighter for quite a while and is sure to have some tricks up his sleeve

Ward definitely shouldn't move down. That would be dumb. But he may have to move up if he doesn't get GGG.

It's hard pill to swallow because he's paid his dues. The Roy Jones effect -- by the time he starts seeing big money his career will be just about over.

It would be career suicide for him to move down. He has been at 168 his whole career. He is in his 30's now and putting that type of strain on his body would wreck him.

He also has no time to waste. Andre himself on many occasions made it quite clear he wanted to retire young. Age and Inactivity, with his quick reflex style, is not a good mix. We saw that with Roy also.

They wont fight anyone bro. And look how they treating Ward, he fights on HBO.

"We have plenty of respect for you Lara" I cant remember, but didnt they say that mess when Lara punked them? Sounds like something you say to a crazy street cat bringing the funk to you. lol
It is the point. Lara is with Showtime/Al Haymon. GGG is with HBO.

GGG and Ward are both HBO.

                      Two different situations.
