LOL man Rigo is funny as hell he clowned hard on Elie's watch haahaha, Roach liked this dude a lot when he used to train at Wild Card, he still does nothing but praise Rigo. Rigo is the only fighter who has left Roach who Roach never disses.
I agree that he is the p4p number 1 right now the most skilled of all the boxers in term of technical text book hit and not get hit. he is better than Floyd in that term.Comment

I'm not sure how Roach feels about him now but back when Rigo left Wild Card I read Roach wasn't too happy with him. The book said Roach was mad over Rigo getting beat by some random Mexican kid that had walked into the gym, claimed he wanted to spar, pointed Rigo out and proceeded to give him a run for his money. Supposedly Rigo wasn't well conditioned yet and Roach claimed he wasn't willing to work with a fighter who isn't "disciplined". What i find funny about this whole ordeal is the fact that Roach gave up on Rigo so easily, yet stuck with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. throughout his lazy camps and what not. SMH...Comment

I've read that before. I don't know if you were the one that posted it previously. That story is pure, unadulterated fantasy. Just because it's in print doesn't make it true. We're talking about one of the greatest boxers in Olympic history, a current top 5 P4P fighter (at least), and some "random Mexican kid" walks into the gym and holds his own with him? Yeah...okay. And I once fought Bruce Lee to a draw.I'm not sure how Roach feels about him now but back when Rigo left Wild Card I read Roach wasn't too happy with him. . Chava was always amazing to watch, very technical and explosive. Love both guys.
Wish skills would define pay.. Rigo would be the wealthiest fighter around
