Its not Manny and I dont think its Photoshopped either. Check out his elbow on his right arm. Its behind the chick's head. If it was Photoshopped the elbow would be over her head instead.

Manny would get as much attention as floyd if they are in the same room, if not more.( but i think it'll be more) Funny pic though, but the real thing is floyd used to be a pac fan up until they became rivals. I fantasize the moment that they are together in the same room talking about fighting each other face to face. Floyd wouldbe shook and would act foolishly. Pac would just smile and stay relax.
