That was sarcasm, but honestly if you watch Khan's shadow on the floor, right after he throws the punch, you clearly see a shadow of something like somebody is standing out of view waving a towel or something like that to blow the flames out. The shadow I'm talking about can be seen around 1:50 - 1:51
