Watching Ruslan vs. Pacquiao would be like watching TWO BEST FRIENDS FIGHTING OVER/FOR MONEY and that's not something that should happen to these two decent human beings... It's something you'd expect from Mayweather... like when he went all ****** on his father on 24/7. Pacquiao and Ruslan are nowhere near that kind of person.

BoxingScene.com recently spoke to former champion Ruslan Provodnikov and his manager Vadim Kornilov who made it clear that they are still veryinterested in facing Manny Pacquiao in November in Macau.

Top Rank has made an offer to Star Boxing for Chris Algieri to face Pacquiao. Algieri was able to rally back from hitting the canvas twice to pick up a decision victory over Provodnikov last month.

Would rather watch Ruslan do anything, i.e. eat some toast, than watch Algieri "box". This is the way of boxing though, Pacquiao needed a new pretty face for an opponent, and Algieri fits the bill. Work on your cardio, Ruslan, and you would've knocked the runner out with ease.

But if he fights Ruslan, the haters will complain about him fighting another boxer coming off a loss...I don't know what will be worst, Pac winnin vs an undefeated fighter Algieri coming off a major win or winning vs Ruslan who came off a loss?

But I have a feeling Algieri might be robbed just like Lara. But not as controversial. Algieri will use his distance and jab, only different between the Lara vs Canelo fight is Pac will chase Algieri down so much, Algieri might hurt his legs like Bradley.

1) Not just the "haters", everyone but his most devout worshippers would complain, and rightfully so.

2) Lara didn't get robbed. If anything, he robbed himself.

3) The big difference between Canelo vs Lara and Manny vs Algieri is that Manny has every single physical advantage over Algieri except lenght.

I think this will be an exciting fight. It should probably be on Regular HBO programming tho. I'm just glad to see Pacman in the ring and Algieri is a mover interesting to see how Pac handles it. Pac would beat Provo senseless I believe. Even if Algieri squeaks out a victory, he still wont win, and thats kinda sad...But thats a big IF.

Last time i cheacked manny was a 147 fighter yet outta his last 4 including this next cherry of a pick only one of them was a true 147 pound fighter ........yet floyd is bouncin back an forth from 147 to 154 dominating champion after champion big name after big name young an old yet floyd is questioned ............GTFOH!!!!!!!!!!
