How bad are the $350 seats at the MGM Grand

I Went TO The canelo-Lara Figh. You Can Get A Good View Almost Anywhere. But 350 Is On The Higher End Of The Seats. Tickets Were 900 Right After The Floor Level. And That Was For Canelo. Might Get The Very Top For 350 For Floyd.Comment

I've only been to one fight there and I had a pretty good seat about half way up the first section (after floor seats). I remember thinking I wouldn't want to be much higher. But it was the only time I've ever been to a championship fight (Floyd vs Canelo) and the excitement and energy in the arena was unbelievable and something I wish I could do again. You'll have s blast no matter where you sit. I'd love to go.Comment

Don't listen to these fools...take it from someone who's been there quite a few times...those seats suck...they are all the way up in the f.ucking corner!! Yea u can see everything...the same way u can see the field in nose bleed seats for a baseball game...still sucks! Lol and keep in mind it's a boxing ring...a square...not even a field...yes there are giant screens hanging but wtf are u paying that money to go sit and watch a screen? U can do that s.hit home...Last edited by Southpaw King; 07-15-2014, 04:49 PM.Comment

they arent all in the corner. I got those same seats in the dead center. Just have to find the right time and be kinda lucky. I still dont think its as bad as you do. Every building is made different too so some places have better top row views anyways. MGM hasnt been bad for me but Ive never sat in the very top corner but I still think it will be solid compared to just about anywhere else if you sit at the very topDon't listen to these fools...take it from someone who's been there quite a few times...those seats suck...they are all the way up in the f.ucking corner!! Is it really that expensive in Vegas? 350$ for nose bleeds?
I just could not justify that. That means 700$ or a 1000$ wont even give me a solid seat?
I'm not broke by any stretch, 400$ is 400$ that's a lot of liquor and PPV...You can even throw a hooker in there and still stay under 500$.
**** for 1000$ I can get a 4 star week long all inclusive in Dominican some place....4.5 star in Cuba...
madness
I had no idea.....Comment

True...it's just that me and my buddy were thinking about it but forget it.Originally posted by CheckNosebleeds usually are about 150 but it is very limited quantity. Yes, it is really that expensive. Why do you think all these big fights end up in Vegas? Casinos are willing to fork over a ton to host these events because the gate is crazy.
For me it would cost going from Toronto...
Around 800$ for round trip flight...Another 800$ in Hotel....then tickets + all the other ****...
Looking at 4 racks it seems. Too much man, relatively speaking. For 4000$ I'm tanning my nuts at some nice hotel in Jamaica with my woman drinking blue label in my room and rum and cokes on the beach.
Now Atlantic City...maybe I should look into that.Comment

I think I would never pay more than $200 a boxing ticket. The fights are way overprice and the undercards always suck and the main event 80% turns out to be a dud.
I remember people paying $1,500 to sit in the nosebleed to see Mayweather-Canelo and looked how that fight played out zzzzzzzzzzzzz that's when you hear or read somebody say the atmosphere was crazy that just means the main event ******.Comment

That was a great fight to sit front row for. I bet you will remember that night forever.Originally posted by My Name Is...Not too bad. I literally sat in the very last row for Cotto vs Margarito 1. They were still pretty good seats. The MGM is a pretty small venue.
Sorry, thought I read first row, not last row. lmao. Still, good seats.Comment
