    Tomoki Kameda's future

    Saw this on Reddit a few moments ago. Very interesting times ahead for Tomoki by the looks of things. Be nice to see him impressing US fans more often.

    Just a few days have passed since Tomoki Kameda (30-0, 19) made an excellent impression in his US debut but already the plans for the future look huge. Kameda, who impressively stopped Pungluang Sor...

    Good stuff. Always open to new faces in boxing. Especially from overseas.

      Did you get hacked bro? WTH?

      But yeah Tomoki looked impressive, glad to see some attention being gravitated towards the dim lit side of boxing that is the lower weights.

        Screw you man! Dinamita 03 hacked me.

        I read that he struggled in that fight and the scores seem to suggest so?

          I think most independent folk had Tomoki winning 4-2 prior to the stoppage. The judge who had Pungluang winning is VERY lucky that their card has been ignored due to the stoppage and the controversy of the main event.

          Tomoki struggled in rounds 3 and 4 then found a new gear before scoring the stoppage.

            Canelo? Yup. He couldn't figure Lara out the first few rounds. Then he got into a rhythm and Lara regained some momentum towards the later part of the fight. Canelo ended the fight with a good round. It could have easily gone either way or even a draw, it was a close fight.

            If you're talking about Tomoki than yup, he struggled a bit as well. He looked amazing during the first 2 rounds. Abusing his foot speed and movement to evade Singyu while keeping him at the end of his jab. When Singyu would begin to reset his attack Tomoki would lead in with a jab and unload a blistering combo before moving back out. DUring rounds 3, 4 and 5 the fight seemed to be turning toward Singyu. He found Tomoki against the ropes and ripped his body with digging hooks to the body that began to take Tomoki's legs a bit. He even stunned Tomoki to the point the Kameda brother was reserving his energy to get past the round. However Tomoki was able to stop Singyu with a beautiful left uppercut to left hook to the body combination that dropped Singyu in agonising pain. It was spectacular.

            I answered both, dunno who you were asking about :loll:

            Here is the fight so you can watch for yourself***8230;

              Yea, I was talking about Kameda. I ordered the event but didn't know they would show his fight on PPV too. Or did they? Anyway, thanks for the fight. I will watch now as I wait for this rain to go away so I can go fish for a couple of hours. Lol

                Great performance. The casual fans that were watching were very impressed with Kameda and want to see him again. Hopefully he can get some big fights. I'm hopful HBO/SHO show more guys from lower weight classes.

                  Nope this fight wasn't on PPV. It was on the televised fights they usually put on Shotime before the major PPV Cards. Np on the fight, enjoy! Fishing on a summer day is relaxation to the maximum! Have a good time.
