Clearly the Haye fight would not only be a lot more attractive in terms of profile, revenue, fighting in front of 20k instead of 3-5k in Bulgaria + he would probably get a shot at a title quicker if he beat Haye than if he fought Pulev anyway. When was Pulev ordered by the IBF to face Chisora ? IBF rules stipulate you are not allowed to compete between semi and final eliminator a for another bodie,and you are neither able to compete between final eliminators and the actual mandatory title shot.

Pulev had to drop the EBU belt or he wouldn't be able to compete in the IBFs,the same EBU belt Chisora picked up after Pulev was forced to vacate,hence the order coming around again.call it a duck if it eases your suffering.in a lineal sense,Pulev was already the EBU champ when Chisora came into receipt of that belt.

I couldn't give two sh@ts whether or not if you believe I've been following boxing since the 80's or not but just as everything I say when declaring so, indeed is.
