Mexico has Francisco Rodriguez, Oswaldo Novoa, Juan Francisco Estrada, Carlos Cuadras, Leo Santa Cruz, Jhonny Gonzalez, Miguel Vazquez, and Carlos Molina, which is 8. And if you count Mikey Garcia and Omar Figueroa that's 10. When you Cubanas talk s**t about Mikey Garcia he's Mexican, but I'm sure when it comes to his world title you count that as American.

I love how you pieces of s**t always bring up the amount of pros Cuba has. You act like if all the Cubans could compete in the pros they'd all be world champs because you guys are so superior. But most likely they'd suffer the same fates as Gamboa, Lara, Salinas, Ugas, Santana, and Solis and get smacked the f**k down.

Is Lara with his "Regular" title the 5th Cuban champ? If so then Mexico's number would go to like 15-20 champs with all the bulls**t Interim and "Regular" titles.

    Keep being salty, puta.
Carajo!

Gallito vs Segura is going to be insane. Segura has had a sickening streak, a FOTY candidate vs Marquez last year, stopped hot shot Gonzalez in 4 when folks were thinking Segura was shot and another stepping stone, and gave a good ass fight against Salguero. His resume is looking very nice lol and after the loss to Sosa he has looked more determined than ever. I think Estrada will beat him by a wide UD or possible stoppage due to accumulated damage.
Some of my favorite fighters are Japanese. Guys like Tomoki "El Mexicanito" Kameda, Naoya "Monster" Inoue, Takashi "K.O. Dynamite" Uchiyama, Kazuto Ioka and more.

Japan has a lot of wins over Mexico with Inoue beating Hernandez, Uchiyama beating Salgado and Solis, Miura beating Diaz, Jardon, and Thompson, and many other wins. And Mexico has some good wins too. Pretty nice rivalry brewing.

I'd like to see Takashi Uchiyama vs. Mikey Garcia and Francisco Vargas vs. Takashi Miura. Team Uchiyama and Vargas!

I'd love to see more Japanese fighters on American television. And they should be getting their opportunities with how Arakawa performed against Figueroa and Linares, how Kamegai performed against Guerrero, and how Kameda shined with his body shot K.O. on Saturday.

I hope Estrada vs. Segura is close so we could maybe get another All-Time Great Mexican series of fights.

Good post. I love Yaegashi, Kazuto Ioka, Yamanaka and Iwasa as well. Freaking warriors man. Vargas vs Miura would be a freaking war! I love Uchiyama pero el Bandido is a fighter i have been following for a bit and I really want to see him get crowned .

Segura vs Estrada will be a damn classic. If it goes down to trilogy than so be it, we would just add another chapter to the endless boxing book of Mexico.
