James Toney is one of the nicest & coolest boxers I've met. Toney is extremely cool in person. What you see on TV is an act & it's quite funny.

========James Toney has everything going for him at the moment. The money coming in, the publicity of the major network and has been rolling off win after win. Now if he would just be the man that he says that he is and give credit where credit is due. That being to Bill Miller and Jackie Kallen. The people who put James Toney on the map to chart out his future course in the boxing world.==============

** Why should Fattyboy do that? He has no class as evidence by his public BMs. His day is done and you boys are going to be shocked when he is knocked cold soon enough.

When Toney fought Jones he was having alot of personal problems. I always believed if Toney had his head in the game & stayed as a middleweight for all of his career, he might of became the best middlewight of all time.

And why would it be Jackies fault for the Jones fight. James was calling every fighter out that he could at the time. Jackie got James exactly what he wanted but James ****ed it up in Vegas.

When he is supposed to be training for the most important fight of his life he is out partying and club hopping with Dr Dre and Snoop. Jackie had nothing to do with that. James was out of shape and did not train properly for the fight. Why do you think he was bitching about having to drop all of the weight for the fight. Jackie lines the fight up and makes them happen. James did not do his part in the training for the fight and it came back and bit him square in the ass. How could that have anything to do with Jackie.

It was James' lack of self control that caused the down fall at that time. It had nothing to do with anything else at all.

Since you're very close to Jackie, I will not put her down. Trust me I know alot about Jackie & Toney.

Jackie cared more about herself then James. She used James & she played him when he was young & dumb. James was her big boy, you have to be in James shoes to understand.

You were not her big boy & she didn't use you. I can understand that she was great with you.

I do tend to get upset when people talk bad about Jackie, I admitt that. Its just that people read this or hear this and believe it to be true. Jackie was and still is an A-class person. I have never known her to welch on a deal or not to do what was proper in any situation.

The thing is that I knew both back when. Back when James was having trouble in the golden gloves to when Jackie first began her managing career working out of our gym.

I will e-mail Jackie and ask her about the whole situation. If she is agreeable to the idea then I will write an article and post it up.

Your a good man Gunstar, I look forward to talking with you again.

We've had this conversation before, but I think you're seriosuly over estimating what Byrd has left in the tank.

We'll find out soon, becuase unless he's still on the very top of his game, we're going to see a replay of his 1st fight with Wlad, and he won't be a fight for anyone at the top, let alone Toney.

But if they were to fight, I think Chris would have trouble finding James with his right jab, and has slowed enough he's going to find himself at the end of James' punches more often than not.
