I personally think he should, he can't beat prospects, time to hang em up!

at this point yes, its clear he will never change his ways and by that I mean clinch, hold, tie up when you get zapped instead he goes out like a G and that good to do once in a while but not every freaking fight.

yes he should have retired after beating de leon. at least he would have went out on a win.

Yes, he should. I was saddened to watch him last night. He was literally a sad sight for me, just the look in his eye. I watched that kid come up, with all the hopes and all the hype, and it's just terrible to see where it's all gone.

They dont know they beat and done with till they on there back. Look at the great Erik Morales one of this eras best boxers in everyone eyes it not up for debate and he went out on his back.

Being shot is not the issue, I just don't think he was that good to begin with.

Juanma is one of my favorites to watch over the last 10 years, but yeah he needs to hang them up and retire..

Or at least fight other old shot fighters like arce, much how gatti did vs leija, ward etc

Juanma doesnt need to be anywhere near a true contender

Yes. Salido beat the prime out of him. Mikey beat him easily and showed Juan Ma had no legs left. He was about to be killed by Ponce de Leon (who is/was a shop worn fighter in his own right), but his heart saved him that time as he was able to land big (the ref stopped fight prematurely but I think de Leon would not have recovered). Last night he showed he still has his heart and a warrior spirit but his body is not able to respond. Sadly (and hopefully I am wrong) he looks like a fighter who will end up being used as a stepping stone, constantly taking beatings. He might even end up permanently brain damaged. Athletic comission should protect the fighter from himself and revoke his fighters license.

Allowing him to keep fighting is sadistic. He is suffering concussions in nearly every fight.
