Na Bernard seems pretty loyal I think he'd stick it out with de la hoya and if it got to the point where it was hurting him more then anything i'm sure he'd leave and try to get de la hoya to sell but only then but they've had a pretty good friend ship for a lot of years.

Add in Hopkins dislike for white people and sneaky white swiss bankers at that im sure he found plenty of reasons to stay with de la hoya
