I think some videos of someone throwing punches towards camera would be awesome addition to training. There's only that much you can spar hard without major brain damage and very light sparring is sometimes hard to get when: a) Opponent goes too hard regardless of what you had planned b) You don't even find an opponent because many want to do solo exercises or spar hard.
So some video like that would be awesome for me, because one can learn to read body language and movements of opponent and better his/her reaction time.
