    Floyd-Canelo/Maidana Algieri-Ruslan & Lara/Canelo comparison

Floyd was obviously the "boxer" vs Canelo & Maidana and was given the W
Algieri was the "boxer" vs Prodovnikov and was given the W
But what happened this time with Lara being the "boxer"?

Prodovnikov landed 205 punches on Algieri and LOSE
Maidana landed 221 punches on Floyd and LOSE
Canelo landed 117 punches on Floyd and LOSE

But.. Canelo landed only 97 punches and Lara and WON

For me, Lara executed a great plan, looked MUCH better and effective than Trout did vs Canelo (and that fight was very close)

He is still the best 154 out there, but somehow the judges will not let him take offically that recognition. I have to love Boxing damn much to keep watching things like this happening to the crafty technicians out there.

    It's called a robbery.

Also, Floyd went life and death with Maidana and barely got the W.

    Algieri boxed Ruslans ears off.

    different fights.

I keep hearing that Lara outlanded Canelo. I'm going to have to re-watch this fight to objectively score the fight. I did watch it via a choppy stream, so.

One of the dis-advantages of watching a fight live is you can get blinded when it's close.

Algieri put on a really good performance imo....Lara on the other hand ******...Never want to see that Ussain Bolt wannabe fight ever again. That wasn't clever boxing like with Algeiri....That was straight up running around the ring to avoid a fight...

Floyd also did very good in the later rounds with Maidana...

Punch stats are basically meaningless and I never put too much stock in them.. A guy can have a lot better punch stats but most of his success could come in 4 big rounds and he still lose 7-5, yet because of the 4 big rounds he will have better punch stats..
