Runners suck, sweet science my ass, when you run that much and the other guy has to chase you down, it s no longer boxing and all those types that call it sweet science are just a bunch of Jive Turkeys. Boxing, your suppose to use your fisting skills, Track and Field is another sport entirely.

Canelo landed like one punch to the face and cut Lara. I had this fight a draw because Lara landed cleaner punches to the head while Canelo landed some great body punches. Lara is a boring, no doubt.

Lara won. Just like how rigo beat donaire. except Canelo won 3 rounds. Donaire only won 1 round.

Rigo actually uses his footwork for offense. Lara uses his footwork out of fear and does nothing

No way Lara won that fight. Not only did Canelo land the harder punches, but Lara flat out stopped throwing any significant punches the last 7-8 rounds of the fight.

And I'm a Lara fan, said he'd embarrass Canelo......man was I wrong

We knew Canelo was a good fighter by him beating Trout and Angulo....but he just beat Lara who you could say had never been beaten decisively.

Major props to Canelo. He's the real deal, adjusted when he needed to, and won he fight against a real good fighter.

I hate when people say "running" all the time to technical boxers, but now pretty much that was the case. You can be a slickster without do that Lara did. Just look at Ward or Rigo or May, they don't just circling and potshotting all the time.
