Serious question what's your opinion on Leonard saying Maidana can't use certain gloves against Floyd in the rematch?

In all seriousness it's not the first time it's happened in boxing. Leonard did it to Hagler. Oscar did it to Floyd. No Floyd's doing it. It is what it is.

In my opinion I have no problem with Floyd taking charge of the situation. The first pair were rejected so why should Floyd give him a second shot? If they don't come correct on the first chance Floyd had every right to flex his muscles.

In the Cotto fight they were 10" gloves so there was more padding. And ya the 2nd pair were approved but why should Floyd give him a second chance? You guys act like after 17 years it's Floyd that has something to prove. Floyd should do this Floyd should do that. When you complain about everything it's really hard to take you guys serious.

Floyd could've went along with it and not have made such a spectacle after the first pair got rejected but he didn't. And I know how the sport of boxing is which is why I understand why he did make a big deal about it. Plus Maidana didn't loose to Floyd because of the gloves. He lost the fight because Floyd landed the cleaner punches.
