Caballaro vs Hall for IBF belt to be on Mayhem undercard?

So August or Mayhem.... don't know if it can be put up next month.... but possible. It'd be like a FS1 show.... but plausible for Mayhem.

August 16th seems unlikely since they already have 3 title fights on the card... and there are 2 big money fights that month.... so who knows.

If it was on the Mayhem card, how'd you feel about it?

Didn't Hall lose the IBF title to Butler? I think this would be a non-title fight, unless an interim title or eliminator for another sanctioning body.
