I think it benefits him more to weigh in heavier because ultimately he is going to be too strong for Lara. That doesn't necessarily mean that he absolutely can't make 154. That's my pick anyway is Canelo by stoppage.

It could also help Lara, Lara has good power. I think Canelo has a bit more pop though, but I think they hit about the same.
