Why do some boxers make noises

When they are throwing shots. Does it help them with breathing?

It helps with your power. It is compressed air. Karate fighters do it. Tennis players do it.

Normal folks do it when they are doing heavy lifting. It has always been around.

Most fighters are taught to exhale, some make more noise than others, this goes in the training section you numpty.

Exhaling and barking like an aggravated dog aren't the same thing. These guys oughtta STFU. This is not helping them.

you'd probabley pass out suffocating yourself if you dont let that "ush" out when exerting yourself to the fullest

it helps your stamina, and also improves the amount of strength you can exert in that short burst

i dont think the "barking"/shouting guys like broner do is necessary, but sometimes when im real tired and/or really pushing myself, i can't help but let out a sort of shout or grunt
