He actually had ok skills for a foriegn hwy but when he came to the states he fought evander holyfield and holyfield was still in is prime and really was the number 1 or 2 hwy in the world so this match up was a poor choice for rodriguez's people and he ended up being knocked unconscious, totally so in rd 2. 
Then he was mathed agaisnt foreman and lost via ko in 2 again, poor matcmaking on his management's part. He acually had a winning streak of 18 fights in Brazil and at one time was being trained by dundee........

... I think rodriguez coulc have gone farther had he been brought along more slowly in the usa .......
