the negotiation started with pacquiao wanting 6 weeks cut-off date and floyd wanted 2. in negotiation you must move toward the middle. manny move towards 3 weeks( basic move in negotiation) floyd move to zero weeks.(floyd got an unusual way of negotiating).

pacquiao had said that 2009. he agreed to mayweather blood test in 2010. he fought rios in 7 months ago. its like a security guard not letting a student enter the campus because he had left his id 5 years ago, although he has an id now.
