Arum needs to put Provodnikov against Rios-Chaves winner and put it on the PAC-Algieri undercard.

PAC-Algieri storyline isn't enough for a $60-70 PPV. You have to have a loaded up card.

If he does, it's going to start looking like Ruslan Breaks them down and Pacquiao finishes them... Basically don't make it start looking like Pacquiao is fighting Ruslan's leftovers... except Timmy clearly beat Marquez before PAC-Bradley 2. ...and Algieri came back and arguably won against Provo.

But I do agree Provo deserves a rematch with Algieri. That should have been an immediate fight. But for Bob, a potential PAC opponent needed to be secured as a priority.
