I don't agree that there will EVER be a fight between Floyd and Pac. If Mayweather was going to fight him he would have done so long ago when it was a bigger fight. He has made it very clear he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao. I do agree that Pacquiao fighting Algeri is a waste of one of Pacquiao's few remaining fights. The fight is a mismatch and Algeri should not last long. I would like to see Pacquiao keep the 140 pound title if he fights Algeri and vacate his welterweight title. 140 is closer to his natural fighting weight of 135 and he would kick ass even better at 140 than he does at 147 and get more KOs.

Why would Pacquaio even want this fight? PPVs would only be about 200000 buys cuz Algieri is more anonymous than a wrong number and unless the fight is in N.Y.,who'd bother attending? A high risk,low reward fight.

it will be in macau, china. people there could be convinced that algieri was mayweather if you painted his face black.

arum makes his money with these macau fights off of the site fee. chinese gamblers show up with tons of money, and lose it at the casino. it's also amazing publicity to have the best asian fighter of all time fighting at a casino in china.
