That being said, Arum did hint at this match up BEFORE the Provodnikov fight.

Algeri is a B+ fighter, Maidana is probably B- or a C+ fighter.

You have to give Pacquiao his due credit, he picks the hardest fights and meanwhile Floyd was fighting a flat footed brawler the Pacman was fighting one of the most talented American welterweights who had all sorts of different things he could bring to the fight...
