Do you think Boxing will ever have its own "fight pass"?

With the UFC and WWE giving the keys to their vaults for $10 a month, do you think Boxing could ever have one?

I think it'd be sick if this could bring an end to the cold war where HBO and Showtime come together with other companies with boxing footage and they charge $10-15 a month to access any fight in boxing history through a streaming service then split the profits, maybe even offer discounts on PPV ' S for people who order it and already subscribe to HBO and Showtime monthly.

Would you go for this? Think it would be dope if something like this ended the cold war. Even though it might put the video section outta business haha

No. I don't think its needed IMHO.

If you put good fighters in good fights on nbc/cbs/espn/shobox/bad people will tune in. If you then use WCB and SCB like it used to be-for big fights in bigger arenas (floyd/maidana, manny/tim, canelo/lara) the fights feel bigger and I for one would really appreciate the fact they remember that HBO and SHO are subscription TV and that I expect to get more when I pay for it.

Then only put fights (not just fighters) that feel like events transcend the sport on PPV, Floyd/manny or a canelo/JCC jr. comes to mind, and then I think boxing would be much better off.

Frankly, with all the fights available on the internet, especially like our trading block, I think a fight pass would flop.

There's too many separate en****** in boxing. It would mean that promoters, networks, managers, and sanctioning bodies would have to work together and split earnings. This has a snowball's chance in hell in being reality in the US.
