It's unfortunate that Pac doesn't have any good options. I wish he would've become a free agent like Cotto. It would've increased his options ten fold.

It's also hard to look good against Algieri. And I don't see many good options for the future either.

Honestly though - who else is there for him to fight? Floyd won't fight him, and as we know the GBP/Haymon fighters are all locked up until they get that crap figured out.

You're an idiot if you think this is as bad as that crap Garcia-Salka. This isn't the greatest fight but at least Algieri is talented and a champion. More than likely going to be better than Pac Rios. In fact, seeing the way Manny had difficulty with Bradley early in the second fight, there's a small chance he can get outboxed here. Very small, but there is a chance.


Bottom line, Garcia-Salka is a farce of the highest order and nothing compares to that. Certainly not this fight.

Honest about what? He is a great talent, young and hungry and I know he deserves the big opportunity. I am truly happy for him. That is me being honest with myself.
